I recently completed my 2nd book cover and I’m happy to say it’s now in print! Suzi McCluskey found me through this blog and it was so much fun working on her book, The Love Habits. Suzi wrote this book to help women become their most irresistible selves and the subject applies to singles or helps those who need a little extra spark in their marriage! Adrienne & Denny’s Invitations

I loved working with Adrienne & Denny on their invitations for their September wedding. Red, black and white is such a classic and beautiful color scheme and I know their wedding will be super chic! The invitations really set the tone for their wedding day and I think they turned out great! We used envelopments paper for this job and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

These pictures also show the package I use to deliver my invitations to clients- a simple kraft paper box with each piece tied in ribbon and a sweet handwritten note to the client. It’s not particularly fancy but I like the personal touch that it brings to the product!

JessLehry Designs on Style Me Pretty!

Exciting things have been happening over here at JLD lately, including a fabulous feature today on Style Me Pretty! We worked with Amber on all of her wedding day paper goods from invites to place cards to table numbers to menus to signage! I was so thrilled to see the images of Amber & Sean’s wedding on Style Me Pretty today, and I’ve even included a few extra specifically of the paper goods for you to see here. This wedding was shot by Ken Kienow and his work really makes my designs look good!! You can see the Style Me Pretty post about this wedding here. I truly enjoyed working with Amber on all of the various pieces for her wedding day- she was a dream client to work with and I was so excited to work on all these lovely details! Thanks to Amber for working with me! Hope y’all enjoy these photos as much as I do!

Girl’s Hot Pink & Black Baby Announcement

I recently designed this baby announcement for an Evin Photography client. I love working on stuff for Evin because her photos are always so great and it helps to have lovely photos! The parents of little Grayson wanted a pink and black polka dot theme to match her new nursery. These were printed by White House Custom Colour on their metallic pearl paper- so dreamy! Love the way they turned out!

Me, on the other hand… well I need to learn how to take better pics of my work!!

Canvas Tote- Wedding Favor Design

I am so excited about these totes I designed for a client! I created all of Amber’s wedding stationery- from the invites to the place cards, escort cards, menus and more! One of the special pieces I created for her was this design for a canvas tote that she used as favors for her guests. I absolutely love how these turned out!

Jenna & Brad’s Movie Poster

I was asked to design a movie poster recently for an Evin Photography couple whose June wedding has an ‘old Hollywood’ theme. I just wanted to share with you how adorably it turned out! Having fab photography to work with never hurts! Evin ordered this as a poster size 20″ x 30″ and I think it will make an really unique and cool keepsake for the couple to hang in their home!

It’s been really fun having our Etsy shop- it’s given us the opportunity to work with so many different brides! Here’s a suite we customized for Megan. In addition to the invite and rsvp card, she added a directions card and a map! Love how these turned out!

Jessica & Nafeez’s Wedding Suite

Jessica had a really interesting idea for her wedding invites and I really enjoyed executing it! I loved carrying her oak theme throughout their suite! I really like how these turned out design-wise, and I was even more thrilled to get a copy of the finished product in the mail!

Jessica was a design-only client. This works really well for many brides who don’t have the time, patience, or skill to design something they love for themselves but still want to be involved in the production of their invitations. This leaves the bride free to either print their invites at home for very little cost, or take them to a print shop of their choice.

Jessica decided to use a letterpress studio, Studio on Fire for the production of her invites. Check out how amazing these look! This is the first invitation suite I’ve designed that I’ve seen in letterpress and I’m pretty sure I’m obsessed now. See for yourself…

A friend of mine alerted me to a post by a client of ours on the Weddingbee message boards! So exciting to hear such a rave review!

We are still working with Amber on pieces for her upcoming wedding including place cards, rehearsal dinner invites, a menu, programs, and more! We are capable of doing much more than just invites and save the dates, so make sure to inquire- we’d love to help you!

Amber also posted some pictures of the final product! I love how she paired these chic invites with kraft paper envelopes and twine! *swoon* indeed!
